Chelsea Kozar, a 15-year veteran of the banking industry, began working for Slovenian in August 2019 as a full-time teller at the Windber branch, was promoted to head teller, and was recently named a Loan Officer!
Chelsea was born and raised in Windber, and began dating her now-husband, Sean, before graduating from high school in 2002. The couple has three children.
“What I like most about working at SSL is how much of a hometown bank feeling it has. The customers that walk in the door are our family, friends and neighbors. Our children/ grandchildren go to the same school and play on the same sports teams together,” Chelsea says. “We have a personal connection to most of the customers that walk in the door. Also, having a two-minute drive to get to work isn’t bad either.”
